Custom Branded Orders:
All custom branded orders are non-refundable once the order is confirmed and production has begun. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after this point.
Why this policy?
Because custom branded products are made specifically for you, they cannot be resold to other customers. This policy helps us maintain product quality and fairness.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund at our discretion.
